Be Brave Sober Living started with a decades long desire to help people struggling with substance abuse. We have experienced substance abuse personally and with our loved ones, and those experiences drive us to want to help others on that path.
We initially began helping by working in the mental health field with people experiencing substance abuse and mental health conditions. This work led us to discover the recovery community, including sober housing. As we learned more, the dream to open our own sober living took root. This decade long dream of opening a sober living was finally realized when we started Be Brave Sober Living in 2025.
Now, our goal is to provide a safe, structured, sober environment for men on their recovery journey at our first home, Blaine’s House. We hope to someday open more than one home, because we know that quality sober environments are an integral part of the recovery journey.
